1) Choice of color
- Neutral Colors are easy on the eyes.
- Bold colors can be a challenge to overlook. White is NOT neutral, it is a BOLD color that gets dirty very very quickly.

2) Getting rid of Clutter
- Clutter can cause rooms to feel very small. Most buyers that come to us do not say: "We would really like a house that seems and feels small." De-cluttering 101
- Yes, they are going to open the door to peek inside your closets. Clients want to envision themselves in your home, thinking what it would be like to live there. If you make it difficult for them to do that, you are making it difficult to present your home.

3) Refinish your hardwood floor
- This can change the whole look of a room in some cases. Most people love Hardwood floors, especially NICE looking ones. Using Felt Pads for your furniture will help keep scratches to a minimum.
- If your floor looks like the picture, then try using some hardwood polish. If the scratches don't go all the way to the floor, this is your best option.
